Gatherings Kitchen Supper Club
Saturday, January 19th and/or Saturday, February 2nd at 6-9pm
Description: Supper Club is an intimate and unique dining experience. You’ll participate in two-hours of hands-on cooking and then enjoy the fruits of your labor during a sit-down, full-service, 4-course dinner… the very one you just made! With a dash of cooking and a pinch of connecting, our Supper Club is the perfect recipe for picking up some new cooking techniques and enjoying a Friday night with friends.

Bring your spouse and your shuffleboard game to Forest City Shuffleboard Ohio City for this fun couples night out. Drink and food specials will be available. Sign up at the January meeting and then on Big Cartel.
Healthy Rocky River
The "Healthy Rocky River" Healthy Communi-ties Initiative (HCI) is a collaborative effort be-tween Cleveland Clinic and community part-ners to promote optimal health and wellness. HCI programs are customized in three core ar-eas: education, nutrition, and physical activity. Events are open to Rocky River residents and non-residents.
Introduction to Intuitive Eating

Description: Join Kristen Murray, Registered Dietitian, to learn how Intuitive Eating can help you create a positive relationship with food and body. She will give an overview of the Intuitive Eating principles and how to apply them to your life. Learn to eat in a way that is satisfying while being present to your body's needs without guilt.
