Healthy Rocky River
The "Healthy Rocky River" Healthy Communi-ties Initiative (HCI) is a collaborative effort be-tween Cleveland Clinic and community part-ners to promote optimal health and wellness. HCI programs are customized in three core ar-eas: education, nutrition, and physical activity. Events are open to Rocky River residents and non-residents.
Healthy Kids Running Series
Sundays from April 28th to June 2nd at 2pm, Westlake Recreation Center
The Healthy Kids Running Series is a national program created to provide kids with a positive, educational, and fun experience in the world of running to make kids healthier and more active as well as provide a fun environment to improve their self-esteem.. This is for ages 2 years old to 8th grade. The race distances vary by age. Register online.

Introduction to Intuitive Eating
